Our Mission


We believe that the rights of each customer are of paramount importance and that their aspirations should form the heart of our core principles. Our mission is based on “Treating others the same way one would like to be treated” At the same time acknowledging that all customers have the potential to control the services they receive. To create a lifestyle that will promote and enhance personal choice, independence, overall well-being of each customer and individualised care will be practised.


Our Aims and Objectives

 

  • Offer skilled support to enable people who live in our accommodations to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being

  • Treat all people who live and work at the service and all people who visit with respect at all times

  • Uphold the human and citizenship rights of all who live, work and visit our services

  • Support individual choice and personal decision- making as the right of all Customers

  • Respect and encourage the right of independence of all Customers

  • Recognise the individual uniqueness of Customers, staff and visitors, and treat them with dignity and respect at all times

  • Respect individual requirement for privacy at all times and treat all information relating to individuals in a confidential manner

  • Recognise the individual need for personal fulfillment and offer individualised programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy the need of Customers and staff.

 

The level of support is agreed upon, depending on each Customer’s needs from the onset of their respective placement.


We provides for Customers:


Aged between 18 and 65 years of age with

  • Learning disabilities

  • Autism

  • ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

  • Mental Health conditions

  • Drug and Alcohol Misuse

We understand that individuals from all walks of life can become victims of drug and alcohol abuse. Our non-judgemental approach to support is to provide individuals with knowledge and management skills to counter addiction. To ensure we provide the best possible services for people, we work closely with health & social care authorities and voluntary organisations.

Our accommodation, support and care services support people to make positive changes to their lives. Our highly trained staff are dedicated to making a difference to individuals regardless of whatever circumstance they may be in due to the use of drugs and alcohol. We believe that with support, individuals have the ability to change their lives in a positive way and reach their goals and aspirations.
